Sinapi, Sr., John W., 85, died Monday October 29, 2018, at his home in Florida. Born in Cranston, a son of the late Luigi and Lena (Bianco) Sinapi, he had been married to the late Barbara Fratazzi Sinapi and the late Helen Peck Sinapi. Mr. Sinapi had worked as a shipper at The Leesona Corp. for quite a few years before retiring. He was a graduate of Cranston East High School. He leaves a son John (and his partner Bernie Larivee) Sinapi, Jr. of Cranston, a daughter Jerilyn Sinapi of Largo, FL and 2 brothers Ralph and Raymond Sinapi both of Cranston and several nieces and nephews. His life will be celebrated with calling hours Sunday from 5-8pm in the Stapleton Family Funeral Home, 684 Park Avenue, Cranston. Funeral service Monday at 10:00am.
