Degnan, Marjorie L., 73, of North Providence, passed peacefully Saturday, 4/8/2023, at the Lincolnwoods Rehab Center. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Emil and Rosalie (Waldman) Reicher. She was the wife of Larry Degnan of North Providence. Marjorie had worked as an administrator for the State of Rhode Island in the Department of Health and Physical Education for 22 years before retiring in 2010. Besides her husband, she leaves a son Robert (Shauna) Degnan of North Providence and a daughter Karen (Ron Laport) Degnan of Cranston. A sister Iilene Berger of Plymouth, MA and 3 grandchildren Tyler, Matthew and Aidan Degnan. Her life will be celebrated with calling hours Tuesday, 4/11,2023, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm in the Stapleton Family Funeral Home, 684 Park Avenue, Cranston. Cremation will follow.
