Choi F. Chin, 81, formerly of Cranston, passed Thursday (6/6/2019) at the Charlesgate Nursing Home. Born in China, she emigrated to the US and became a citizen five years later. She and her late husband, Kenneth W. Chin opened the House of China Restaurant in Pawtucket. Mrs. Chin was in the restaurant business for over thirty years.. She leaves a daughter-in-law Susan Yuen. She was the mother of the late Kenneth Chin. Her life will be celebrated with calling hours Thursday 9:00am to 11:00am in the Stapleton Family Funeral Home, 684 Park Avenue, Cranston, Burial will be in the family plot in Forest Hills Cemetery in Boston.
