Harry A. Robshaw Jr, 73, passed suddenly Sunday, March 17, 2024, at home. Born in Providence, a son of the late Harry A. Robshaw and Abbie V. (Stapleton)RN. He is survived by his wife Esther. He lived in Warwick for many years and settled in Maine after retiring.
Harry graduated from East Providence High school and attended Providence College. He worked for many Trucking Companies before retiring as a dispatcher for YRC. If he wasn’t at home, you could find him in the aisles of Home Depot, some say it was his favorite place to visit. Harry loved spending time with his family, and watching the Patriots.
Besides his wife he leaves a daughter Ashley Robshaw of Boston, MA, daughter Demi Stevens (Robshaw) and husband Jason Stevens, of Oakland, ME, and step-son Ralph Pulner and his wife Tiffany Thompson. He leaves his brother John L. Robshaw of Warwick, 5 sisters; Abigail V. Driscoll and Deborah A. Morin both of Coventry, RI, Jacqueline M. Robshaw-Schultz of Winslow, ME, Lecia M. Robshaw and Lynn M. Durand of NC, 3 grandchildren; David, Sami and Abigale Stevens as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins. He was brother of the late sister Michelle Fabas.
There will be a celebrated of life with calling hours Saturday, April 13, 2024, 3-5pm in the Stapleton Family Funeral Home, 684 Park Avenue, Cranston. An open mass for Harry will be celebrated on Sunday, April 14, at 10:30am in St Rita’s Church, 722 Oakland Beach Ave, Warwick, RI. A private burial will be in Saint Ann Cemetery, Cranston, RI. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Maine Children’s Cancer Program: Maine Children's Cancer Program.
