Edward Steven Palumbo, “Eddy”, 57, of Linden Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at the Hope Health Hospice Center, in Providence.

Born on April 13, 1964 in Boston, Massachusetts, Eddy was the son of Edward H. and Anne A. ( Bertone) Palumbo. He was a lifelong resident of Cranston, Rhode Island. He graduated from Cranston East High School, class of 1982.

Eddy worked various jobs until 2012 when he decided to open his own successful business, Ocean State Boat Club in Warwick.

Eddy enjoyed boating, fishing, bowling and was a loyal fan of the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox. Eddy loved animals especially his dog “Cody”.

Eddy had a happy go lucky personality who always enjoyed good times. He took it upon himself to organize family gathering and get togethers. He will be remembered for his carefree and easy going spirit.

Besides his parents, he is survived by a son, Michael A. Jencks of Cranston, Rhode Island, a sister, Elayne (Palumbo) Jackson of Cranston, Rhode Island and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. His funeral will be private.
